Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original designer packaging and protective outer boxing to ensure the product arrives back to our warehouse in pristine condition.
Arrange Collection
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping or arrange a professional specialist courier for larger furniture and fragile mirror items.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the item, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
